Top-producing Private Jet Advisor will help lead recruitment, training and development across Silver Air’s growing sales team

SANTA BARBARA, CA — August 14, 2026 — Silver Air Private Jets has promoted Greg Hitchings to Director of Private Aviation Sales, recognizing his performance as one of the company’s top-producing Private Jet Advisors and expanding his role to include the development, training and mentorship of Silver Air’s growing sales team.

Hitchings joined Silver Air in January 2025 as a Private Jet Advisor, bringing more than nine years of private aviation experience across charter sales and sales leadership. Prior to Silver Air, he spent nearly six years with XO, where he served as Vice President of Sales, following earlier charter sales roles with JetSmarter and Windsor Jet Management.

Throughout his career, Hitchings has built his approach around long-term client relationships, responsiveness and a deep understanding of the private charter market. At Silver Air, that approach has helped establish him as a leading producer while supporting the company’s relationship-driven model of private aviation.

“Greg brings the kind of experience you can’t replicate through training alone,” said Jessica Rust, President of Flight Club by Silver Air. “He understands the business, he understands the client, and he knows how to build relationships that last. More importantly, he is willing to share what he knows. Greg has earned tremendous credibility through his own performance, and that makes him an ideal person to help develop the next generation of Private Jet Advisors at Silver Air.”

As Director of Private Aviation Sales, Hitchings will continue managing and growing his existing client portfolio while assuming additional leadership responsibilities across recruiting, onboarding, training and performance development for Private Jet Advisors. He will participate in candidate screening and selection, help coordinate new-hire onboarding, serve as a primary trainer and mentor, and coach new advisors throughout their 30-, 60- and 90-day ramp periods.

The expanded role creates a direct connection between demonstrated sales performance and the development of future talent. Hitchings will work closely with Rust to establish consistent expectations around client development, sourcing, sales execution, systems and overall performance.

Hitchings holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Gulf Coast University and an associate degree in Air Traffic Control from Broward College.

The promotion reflects Silver Air’s continued investment in developing leadership from within while maintaining the high-touch, relationship-focused approach that defines its private aviation business.
