Raising the Standard: Kelley Promoted to Chief Cabin Attendant
Silver Air is pleased to announce that Kelley has been promoted to Chief Cabin Attendant. Since joining the team in 2021, Kelley has consistently demonstrated excellence in communication, hospitality, safety, and operational precision.
For the past two years, Kelley has held the role of Lead Cabin Attendant on one of our Legacy G550 accounts, a position she will continue in alongside her new leadership duties. She brings a wealth of expertise, from fine dining service and operatic performance to music education, adding a unique, high-touch dimension to every cabin experience.
“Every Cabin Attendant has unique strengths. My goal is to empower them with confidence while nurturing a passion to grow. The best CFAs embody camaraderie, tenacity, humility, kindness, and thoughtful decisiveness—and that is what our department will stand for,” says Kelley.
In her new role, Kelley will lead by example, guiding the team toward consistently delivering our Silver Air standard of service while ensuring cabin operations remain seamless and client-focused.
