Silver Air remains committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees, while still maintaining flight operations and servicing our customers needs. We have developed, distributed and trained all company personnel on the necessary precautions we have put in place to promote the safest possible environment for our customers and employees.
We understand the critical nature of health and safety during this time. Our leadership team meets daily and monitors the guidance and recommendations of the CDC, WHO, and local emergency medical practitioners. With the dynamic nature of the coronavirus outbreak, we must be flexible in how we respond, provide service, and protect our customers and employees.

MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Dear Silver Air Clients,
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our passengers and crewmembers. As with most organizations interacting with the public, we are closely monitoring the quickly evolving situation with the Coronavirus. As a travel company, we have a heightened awareness of our clients’ and crewmembers’ concerns regarding proactive measures we have in place.
On the positive side, since January 1st of this year, we have operated over 1,070 Private Charter flights, 1,889 hours of flight time, flown 3,242 passengers, traveled 800,462 miles to 22 different countries, and 39 states and have had 0 cases of COVID-19 reported or suspected by passengers or flight crew members.
We believe this is due to the constant diligence of our flight and ground crews who meticulously clean and disinfect our aircraft cabins before and after each flight. In addition to these steps, I wanted to personally reach out and share a few of the steps we are taking for you, our customer:
Before you fly
To give you confidence before your flight, please know that all crew members have been trained to recognize symptoms and take actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases. Our flight crews limit their access to crowded places during overnight stays, they are pulled out of the flight rotation if they are not 100% fit for flight and are tested as supplies become available.
On the ground
Our team of in-house experts oversees our aircraft cleaning procedures to ensure they meet or exceed all CDC guidelines and aircraft manufacturers’ procedures. Hard surfaces such as lavatories, tables, window shades, and armrests are thoroughly wiped down with a high-grade disinfectant and multi-purpose cleaner.
In the air
Our aircrafts are equipped with state-of-the-art circulation systems, which use a high-efficiency filter to circulate the air and remove more than 99% of airborne particles. We’re also adjusting our inflight service to limit person-to-person contamination and keep an ample supply of hand sanitizer and disinfectant on board.
