He is dedicated to continuous improvement, devising inventive solutions to reduce waste and boost efficiency. Justin is a collaborative team leader; adaptive, customer oriented and safety focused, with proven talent for delivering projects and superior results on time and within budget. Justin’s role at Silver Air is to ensure fleet maintenance is performed to the highest standard of safety, airworthiness, and FAA compliance. Justin lives in Santa Barbara and in his off time enjoys fishing, camping, and exploring with his family.
